Which airport you choose to fly in and out of depends on (apart from the price) how long you plan to visit Italy and where you plan to travel.
The major airport for traveling in center Italy is Rome Fiumicino, Rome Ciampino, Naples Capodichino and Pescara Abruzzi.
If you travel by car follow the instruction below:
- from Rome: Motorway A1, EXIT Cassino (FR), link with the SS 630 Ausonia
- from Naples: Motorway A 56, Naples bypass, link with the State Road 7 Quater Domitiana and follow signs to Scauri
- from Latina: State roads: 7 Appia; 148 Pontinia; 213 Flacca;
- from Cassino: State road 630 (SS 630) Ausonia
Useful information for GPS settings
Remember first set directions to reach Scauri, Via Appia n. 309 and after that, Minturno, Via Tore n. 22, otherwise the GPS will take you to other, less direct routes.
